I'm the Site Admin and did not set access correctly. When I click "Reset Password" it's not coming in to my Gmail acct. I've looked in SPAM and it's not there And, I'm a first time user

If you follow the instructions in this documentation, the password reset will go to the club contact address your club has set up in Club Central (TI). Ask the person using that address to look out for the email and give you access.
