Get new Admin log in when old Admin is not able to be reached

I need to reset the Admin point of contact and all the information for my club. The original Admin is not responding and I am unable to locate and reach this person. HOW can I get in touch with some one HERE to get this changed. This automated system is not working for me.

Follow these instructions:

or simply click "Login as Site Admin" and then click: "Click here to change the Site Administrator"
