Contact Information and Email - How to trigger them?

How do I activate the Contact Information dialogue box and create a club email address? I am a novice at this. Thank you for your assistance.

1) always post your club number so we can see what is going on.

2) Your club website admin should do that for you, if you are the club website admin please read the documentation on this site.
