Ok, so our VP of Education and Secretary set up the toasthost site for our club. They have both had to step down and now I'm doing this role. We have a new mentor who wishes to be part of this group, however she's not a member of our club. Can I add her? If so, how? Not seeing it and thinking members are generated from the Toastmasters main page?
Also, is there a way to assign members to the roles? This seems to work best for our club, but I have no way to do this that I've found? Also, sometimes we'll have an outside guest speaker from another club and I'm unable to add their name? Please advise. Thanks!

We are FreeToastHost not Toastmasters International, we have no access to any toastmasters information.

You need to add, move delete all members manually.

What about Assigning Roles? Is this an option on Toast Host??
