Email new agenda to VP Educ-not working?

We had been using this feature and it worked fine. Then a few months ago it stopped working. When we are viewing any agenda - we click on the email icon and it is not received by either VP Educ or myself/webmaster. Our VP Educ also has this problem.

Your company is using outlook.com to filter email, we are sending the email and it is being accepted
