The previous club VPM, who was also the website admin for Toastmasters at Ballardvale ( toastmastersatballardvale.toastmastersclubs.org/ ) left the club several months ago and has been unresponsive to emails. How can the club get their admin information reset so that the new slate of officers can take over website management?

That has already been done. It is just the Free Toast Host admin that is locked. I think I found the solution through another forum post and will pass on to the new club officers.
