I saw if a previous reply that the club FTH sites are automatically updated to the newest version. But our club still has the old version. I need step by step instructions as to how to get the newest FTH for my club. Thank you for your help.

1) without your club number we can't see what you are seeing.

2) There is only 1 active version of FTH at any time so you have to be on the latest release.

My club # is 3647, and I belong to another club # 6729811. My club 3647 is an old club about 45 yrs. old and we have a very old version of FTH - in fact we rarely ever use it and I would like to start using it. My 2nd club is a new club and they have a completely different superior FTH website. The difference is very obvious. That's why I am reaching out for help to update our very old site. Thank you again for all your help.

this is your FTH website 3647.toastmastersclubs.org/

There is only ONE (1) current version of FTH at any time and your club is on the most current version.

You club has chosen to turn off many of the features.
You need to read the documentation on how to use your FTH website.

I am the system developer. I maintain the system code that runs the system. I can assure you that there is only one version of the code that is running.

I looked at the two websites. The only real differences are that one of the websites has a lot more data in it and the two websites are configured differently.

I think what you are maybe missing is how flexible FreeToastHost is. You can tweak the configuration settings and add custom web pages to the point where it looks like two FTH websites must be using different code... not so!

In the older website in this case, you probably just need to go into the admin console and delete out old data and html. I would suggest using the config settings to update the look a bit, also.

Reading everything sounds daunting, can you point me to the right spot to get started? How do I find the "How to use your FTH" info? Can you add any additional comments as to what to turn back on?
