Recover Orphaned Club page

I am writing representing 20/20 Toastmasters, Club 1314911.

after a period of low enrollment we recently wanted to try using Free Toast host in addition to a company share point. When we try to request a page we find there was one already assigned for our club but no one knows who or when the account was first set up. Is there a way one of our officers could get access to recover use of the page? The page is otherwise completely empty so there is no sign of who may have started it.
