no one remembers admin password

Hi, Our club has a FreeToast Host website. But we haven't used it in years and no one remembers the admin password. We have requested a change in administrators which appears successful but the new administrator can not log in as site administrator. What do we do. We want to reactivate this site and bring it up to date.
