Club 6455 - Club moved and need to redo the site without old members

I am the VPPR of Club 6455, and the club had moved location and basically restarted from a membership perspective. I don't have any record of who maintained it before.

I can't request a new site because the club already has one created. How do I get access to the site so I can update it with the new name, location, etc.?
