Agenda problems - Not able to select new member names for the agenda

The Admin person is not able to select names of new members for agenda roles from the drop down menu.

Also the agenda is showing the name of the old executive. How do we update this?

You'll need to add individual members before they show up on the drop down list, and follow the instructions on how to assign officer roles
