New Member unable to log onto Toasthost

Good evening
We have a new member who has not been able to log onto the Toasthost site. He has successfully been able to log onto the Toastmasters international site and his name is listed on the club roster there. I sat with him on yesterday and watched him enter his email address in the Toasthost login screen and he left the password field blank, as it was his initial logon. He kept getting an error message stating that he needed to select his name for the pull-down list.

The FreeToastHost membership is not linked to the membership on TI - the club website membership needs to be maintained by the club. New members need to be added before they can log into the club website
