Club Site Calendar goes from 10/7 to 12/30 with no meetings in between

It seems like the second October meeting, both November meetings and two December meetings (5 in all) are missing from my calendar on the club site. I have no idea how to remedy the issue.

Please let me know if there are any questions on the situation, and I appreciate any help you can provide.

1) without your club number we can do nothing for you

2) your site admin or VPed are in charge of adding new dated agendas

Thanks for the prompt reply. My site is 1038.toastmastersclubs.org/

I an a new VPE and have never added dates before, I think that might be what is missing. Is there any step by step guide on how to do that?

Please read the documentation on the agenda, creating a meeting agenda creates the calendar entries.

The system creates a corresponding meeting date on the calendar each time you create a meeting agenda. If you are missing meeting dates on the calendar, the remedy is to create additional meeting agendas.
