We have a member who cannot log into the website and has told us she is not receiving the link to reset her password. Is there any way that I, as a site administrator, go in and reset it or is there a way to find where the link may be going? Our club number is 04619.

Hi Brian:
This is a member that has been in Toastmasters for a number of years. Her name has been added. Her name is Kristin Sweetman but the email she uses is her maiden name of Benda and that is the email address listed on our Toastmaster site.
