Club #06940540 FTH agenda template was set up for regular meetings. Most of the roles properly show that a member can sign up for that role. The Topicsmaster role is setup to allow selection AND o the agenda setup screen it shows the same capabilities as all the other roles. BUT, when you login as member, the Topics role shows up but doesn't not show a click box - it actually shows a dash as if something is missing. Clicking on it does not work.
A couple of times when trying to change this in admin, i got a data transfer error, but it disappears quickly so i didn't get the screenshot.

This is actually also true of the Presiding Officer role.

I looked at your website.

Sorry, Charlie, but your club has not done the agenda setup correctly at all. Pasting an image of an agenda in the Meeting Description does not make it work online as an agenda. You have not created any dated agendas. Also, you do not have any correctly set up Agenda Templates... the ones that exist are lacking any agenda items.

Agenda "templates" are named agendas (no meeting dates) that are used as re-usable starting points for dated meeting agendas. You set them up with the template editor in the Agenda Global Settings module (Admin Console) or they can be created from already existing dated agendas that you like and want to save as a named template. Dated meeting agendas (not named like templates) are the actual functionality that is what is used for meetings and allowing members to set up for roles--they are the end objective. The agenda templates are just a means to that end that save you time and effort.

You really need to read our online docs to understand how to properly set up and manage online agendas: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index

Once you learn how the agenda system works, you will find it will make your life much easier.
