Brian, I couldn't follow the technicality of your reply on this thread.

A member of our club, Barbara Robinson, has had trouble logging in for months. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing works. Can you help? Her email is dr.barbarar@gmail.com

1) we always need your club number or we cannot assist you.
2) do not hijack anothers thread
3) We are not Toastmasters International we have no access to any information that is not publicly available,
4) We will NEVER have update access to any Toastmasters International information.
