Hello. I have one member that is having difficulty with sending e-mails to our club’s e-mail addresses.
We have attempted to use our addresses (i.e. admin@pstoastmasters.org) and the core addresses
(i.e. admin-8591@toastmastersclubs.org).
When she sends attempts to send an e-mail, she receives a message from her e-mail provider saying
that the connection timed out.
I have attempted to adjust the spam criteria and the white list, which helped for a while. However the
issue has now returned.
I’m at a lost for providing additional assistance to the member. I believe it might be an IP issue,
but not sure if it is with FTH or her provider.
