Agenda Glitch / Roles not automatically reassigned when saved

For the past couple weeks, I've assigned roles in filling out an agenda from a template. When I save it, the agenda will assign roles properly, but fails to reassign the role properly further down the agenda.

For example: If a Toastmaster is assigned, the correct person will appear on the agenda where the Toastmaster is first listed. Further down the agenda where the Toastmaster role is detailed again--it reverts to person on the preset template.

At best, all I can do is remove that person but I cannot reassign the correct person into the agenda. Ultimately, the best would be to have the agenda properly set once assigning all roles and then saving the agenda--that was the process I enjoyed for weeks until running into this current problem.

You aren't using asterisk notation for repeated roles. Look at the repeated and grouped roles section in this documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda

Once you've fixed that in your template, it will carry through to new agendas created from that template.

I also see that you don't have "this is a speech" set for your speech roles. That allows speakers to enter their speech details and introductions, and is then saved in your speech records.
