Thanks for the instructions on re-sending an Opt In email. My issue is when I try to follow those steps, it freezes severely and I have to wait for a long time before my chromebook catches up with my clicks. It eventually times out on me. My question: Is this happening due to my Chromebook or something else?

More likely your internet connection. Get closer to your wireless modem.

I don't think it is just the connection because every other site I go to works fine. I took a screenshot of what happens after 5 mins. I get to the dropdown to select members to resend the Opt-In request. This is what I see.

attached.

BTW...we are club 643697. Can you help?

All members have opted-in. Therefore, the drop down list in the pop-up is empty.

I pulled up this pop-up on your website without any issues, and the drop-down was blank, as expected.

I do not see an issue.

I've seen it freeze or take a long time also. I'll give some scenarios:

1) It happens on low-spec'ed computers (e.g. Chromebook) if you have a reasonably sized member/guest list and try to open something that would load them (e.g. membership management).
2) It happens if you use IE and have a reasonably sized member/guest list in the same scenario as above (clearly you're not using IE though).
3) It happens more often now when sending out e-mails (a year or so ago, the lag when sending out an e-mail to all members wasn't so bad). Perhaps a new slower method of sending e-mail within the last year or so?

The above happen regardless of Internet speed (which has been in the hundreds of Mbps when I've seen the freeze happen).

If you choose to use a low-speed computer with a low speed internet connection and an outdated browser, then do not blame us when you have problems with a lot of people in Membership Management. You should not be retaining old non-member information forever, anyway.

IE support will be eliminated at the end of this year... Use a modern browser, for crying out loud.
