new admin of freetoast host requested

I have just been elected as the VP of public relations for my club. Our club has a free toasthost site I would like to access, as the meeting address listed is out of date. Unfortunately whoever set up this site is no long a member of the club, so no one knows how to access our club site. How can I change the admin on the site to me?
