No longer receiving Role sign up notiification emails

Hi
Our club has been using the role sign up notification emails and love it. However in the last few months they have not been coming. I checked all the settings and my member profile and can't see what i'm missing. I attached the screen shot of where i understood to be the set up.

Any idea of what i am doing wrong, or what changed.

everything looks correct,
since you are using hotmail make sure you read this doc.
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

I can see the reports going to you last week of November.

You have a hotmail email address... please refer to the following:

I was not able to add "@toastmasters.org" to my outlook. It only accepts full email addresses like "name@toastmasters.org"

I don't think that is the problem, as i do get the agenda when its mailed out to members from FTH and all other Toastmaster emails from our District and Toastmasters international. It seems to just be the notifications related to the agendas.

Any other ideas?

Hi Ellen,

I am having the same issue. Did your sign-up notifications ever start coming through again?
I reported the same issue with our club yesterday.
