Bigpond email address bounce

G'day FTH devs,

I'm having an issue with a @bigpond.com email address at the moment. Bigpond are a large ISP in Australia so it might be affecting more users of other clubs in Australia. The emails are bouncing with the following message:
Diagnostic Code: 554 5.5.4 [50.19.253.65] Amazon EC2 not allowed. Please email postmaster@bigpond.com and provide the IP address of your instance for whitelisting. IB107

I've googled and it's not just Free Toast Host - others have reported the same issue. Personally I think it's a bit stupid but Bigpond are part of Testra which are a big bureaucratic organisation so not sure if we can change their minds on this decision.

I asked the member if they have an alternative email address for now but is it worth you guys emailing postmaster@bigpond.com with the IP address?

Bigpond emails are working again.
You might need to re-enter email addresses in Membership Management for some of your bigpond members
