New Member Does Not Receive Email from Our Club Website

I have a new member who I am trying to register on our club website. The security features now require the new member to confirm it truly is him and his email address before I invite him as website administrator to sign on with a username and password.

Unfortunately, Rahul never receives the initial club website email. My little research led me to add his email to a section called the "white email listing" because maybe his email was somehow on an email blacklist, which is why he never received the email form the club website.

Anyway, I am unsure what to do next in order to add Rahul Choudhary (rahul.choudhary@hotmail.com) to the Free Toast Host club website 4808. Can you help me with this?
