So far we have president, all the VPs, treasurer with @princetontoastmasters.org email addresses... I would like to create a few more for the IT admins. How do I go about setting those? thanks

It is a variation on the custom groups feature.... basically, create a custom group that you only assign to one member, and make sure you have the setting for "one member custom groups public" set.
