Home Page Modification Help Please

I am the recently elected club president. I am trying to update our home page. I have moderate technical skills. The section of the site I need to update appears to be an image file with customized inserts. I am not certain how it was created. There is a link to our website on this probable image, but the link URL defaults to the website for our old meeting location, a restaurant. Neither of these work for us now. We have, for a season, moved to Zoom meetings. Our home page is not correct and needs updating. Can you please offer technical suggestions of how I can update the image or content. Ideally, a Toastmasters Zoom meeting template would be best, but there may not be one available. The section of the site that I need to update starts with “Glossophobia”. Thank you. I have attached a partial image to help locate the issue.
