Club Email

Is there a way to develop a club officer email like president@2864.toastmasters.org
for administrative use in the club? The key would be that the email and old emails (records)
would transfer to the new officers each year.

1) FTH does NOT store any email

2) Many clubs use a gmail address and use the archive feature where all mail to the club get copies there.
