Need the bounce set to zero for two gmail addresses

Hi Team
Nola Sharp changed her email address from a bigpond one to a gmail and now that has also bounced. She is a member of three clubs who all use FreeToastHost.
Another member is only a member of Lilydale Toastmasters but emails to his gmail also bounced.
We have other members with gmail addresses but they have not bounced. I don't understand!
When I google how to add FTH to a safe senders list, it says there is none.
What should we do?
Could you reset the bounce to zero for Nola & Awin

You don't have any security settings for you club. Spam is being sent to your contact-4731@toastmastersclubs.org - that is forwarded to them. If you don't have that address published anywhere, I'd suggest that you disable it.
Also, using the crowd-sourced blacklist and adjusting your spam threshold to 3 might help. See this documentation for how to do this: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms

I've cleared their bounce counts, but if you don't put measures in place they will very likely be blacklisted again.
I'll remove their email addresses from your message for obvious reasons

Unfortunately contact@lilydaletoastmasters.org.au is a published email address. I have made those security changes you suggested.
