Hi, I have several members who are not able to access the agenda, they have tried multiple computers and multiple browser. I even resent them a opt-in email but they were still not able to get in?

Club number 595443. Members name: Eric Lei Cui cuilei1990@gmail.com and Lisa Qu, lavender.lisa@gmail.com,
and Jonathan Yu, jonyu.tm@gmail.com. The last two members are new to the club, Eric has been a member this past year and never had issues prior?

Can you please provide instructions on how they may access.

What is the problem they are having?
What is the exact error?

I was able to login as Eric, Lisa, Johnathan without any issues.

Have them check their cookies settings to this doc
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings
