Administrator Access Help: Can't access launch admin console

I am trying to login as administrator after being granted administrator access privileges. I received a login key (URL) from support but when I click on the login key URL I am directed to our local TM website and there is no "launch admin console" link.

Any help/insight is appreciated.

The admin console might already be launched - it looks similar to the top image in this document: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/basic-settings
Go to the Administrator Info tab to set your password.
