meeting agenda doent save lock

good morning, Im the web site admin club 3098
please help

i do this
login as web site admin
go to meeting agenda
go to any future agenda
go to edit this meeting agenda button
go to agenda setup tab
check on lock this agenda
save and close
go back to see the check
found unchecked

Hello, I am having the issue of members signing up in our local free toast host web site for future meetings too many times just for the speaker rol, because its open for them. Can I delete future meeting agendas and leave only the nest 2 meetings open, can I receive instruccions how to create new agendas again? until this lock issue is solved?

Rather that work around the system, how about training your members?
You can always remove anyone from a role they have signed up for.
