What is the URL when I want to add text and link to a pdf file which I have already loaded as viewable by public.
Uploaded using this instruction - UPLOADING FILES for members only and public viewing – Launch admin console/select a module = file manager/select files to upload; padlock open means public, closed means members only – click on padlock to lock/unlock
