Adding New Members Access to Free Toast Host

I am reviving our Free Toast Host website and I need to allow other members of our club access to the website to volunteer for club roles, speeches etc. I am the only member who has a pin and password. How do I add the others. Nothing I have tried has worked.

Refer to the Membership Management documentation here:

Once you have your officers added, the admin can give up to 3 officers access to each of the modules, including Membership Management
