Administrative access to FTH clubsite already created

I am currently D14 Division A Director and I have a club, 6989428 Goodwill Alumni Blue notes. In the past a FTH website was created. At this time no current members have the Administrative Access. Is there a way you can provide new admin access to the current members. If not how would we create a new site since the club number already has been assigned to a FTH site.

Have the person from the club who will be the club site admin follow these directions.
Changing site administrators when the previous one is no longer available
