Club website access

Good afternoon,
My name is Angelika, I’m the president of Graybar Toastmasters Club. We have recently found out that not all of our registered members receive the emails sent to members-1436@toastmastersclubs.org.
Is there a way for us to get access to the email list to double check that all our members are actually included in the group email?

Also what would be the best way to get access to Graybar website? At the moment we are not able to track who had created that website, most likely that member is not active with Graybar anymore. What is the correct procedure to gain that access?

1) we need specifics, when asking a question about a member you need to give us at least their first name.

2) To get admin access to your site follow these directions.

2. Got you, will follow the steps in the guide

Those names do not appear in the club website member list.
Remember all members have to added manually to the club website they is NO connection to the TI website.
Member who have left should be moved to the former member list.
