Hi!
I was just looking at our site ( planotoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org ; club 1036600) and I realized that we're not getting any tracking data. For instance, bounce rate, unique vs. return users, time on site, link click, etc. I'm new so I might just be out of the loop! Is that something we have to "turn on"? Do these sites come with tracking/reporting capabilities?

Have your set up the google webmaster tools and put the google ident code in your Admin console?
