how to whitelist/blacklist names

We're having problems with some of our officers not being able to send out emails. This happened within the last few weeks. By reading other posts it seems they were blacklisted for some reason. I wanted to go and add them to our whitelist. However, I'm having trouble finding it and can't figure out where to go. I did read the information below but I still can't find the drop down menu.

Can you give me exact step by step instructions on where to find it?

If you provide your club number and the officers first names, we can investigate - there are other reasons that might be preventing their emails from being sent.

If you are the admin you can access the Email & Contacts form from the drop-down near the top of the admin console. Otherwise if your admin has assigned you access to the module, you'll see a link near the bottom of your Members Only menu

Our club is Silver Spring Toastmasters 1314. The two officers having problems are Zina Bulbuc and Orest Kits. If I need to add them to the Whitelist I can do that. I'm the clubs website admin.

You're right - they have been blacklisted by someone. You'll have to add them to your club whitelist.
Access the Email & Contacts form from the drop-down near the top of the admin console. Go to the email security tab.
