Reducing the Number of Emails Generated by Website

Hello FTH! Members occasionally complain about the high number of emails coming from the website Our Officers brainstormed about ways to reduce this number, and I was tasked with asking you if any of these is workable:
1. No Reply Email
Is it possible to create a No Reply Email Address to send documents to members that would prevent them form replaying to all?
2. I believe it is possible to record a member's dues payment status in FTH, correct? How is this done? Also, is it possible to selectively send dues notices only to members whose dues payment status in FTH is unpaid?

Please read the documentation

1) You can change the email to reply to only the person that sent it.
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms

2) We are Freetoasthost, we have no way of accessing any information that is on toastmasters.org. The dues tools is only a tool to help the Treasurer keep track. The tools has the ability to manually mark people paid and not send future dues email to them.
