New Member not receiving "opt-in" email

Toastmaster Club: Ahead of the Curve Toastmasters Club #5844215 Division B District 115
I added him to our Membership list 3 times already and he still hasn't received any of them. Also, his name (supposed to have a strikeout line over it) does not show in the list, either.
I am both the Webmaster of our Toast Host website and the VPE of our club.
Please let us know how can this be fixed?

If the person clicks on the decline link they are removed, or if they don't click accept in time they are removed.
What is the name of the person and what is the email you are using?

You never added him to the club as a member as he is already in the prospects list. Please look for and read the errors when things don't happen as expected. Just move him to member.

Email (hennelep@aol.com) is already in use for someone on the Prospects tab.
