System trying to send to old email address
4 years 5 months ago
A member used to have the email address richard@richardtardif.com .
He changed it, and that email is no longer anywhere in the system that we can find.
Still, whenever we send an email to members-9750@toastmastersclubs.org, we get an error message saying that his email is not working.
"richard@richardtardif.com appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)
*** Please check the email address to make sure it is not misspelled. ***"
Both the member and I have logged in and cannot find that old address listed anywhere.

richard@richardtardif.com is his secondary email address.
I sent an email to Richard and it went through
Apr 7 14:59:56 toastmastersclubs sendmail[11983]: 137ExjJm011979: to=<richard@richardtardif.com>, ctladdr=<server@toastmastersclubs.org> (501/502), delay=00:00:11, xdelay=00:00:11, mailer=esmtp, pri=151254, relay=mail.richardtardif.com. [162.241.216.77], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (OK id=1lU9eu-001fa0-1j)

Thanks, but there is still an issue.
It turns out that the member does still have the account and did receive your test message.
BUT!
He doesn't have it listed as a secondary address anywhere that we can find, and we are still getting a bounce as described when sending to the members address.
Is it possible on your end to see where the address is listed and remove it?
