My name is Ron Keim. I am President and VP of Ed for Wilmington Expressives Toastmasters Club 8323. IOu club is having the exact same problem as stated by Joanie Linney below except the email address that bounces back is for Alyceanne Crump. Her valid email address is alyceanncrump@aol.com. I know it's valid because I sent a personal email to her and she received it and sent a reply. So, what would make it bounce back on our club website site?

1) Alyceanne Crump is not a club member, she is listed as a guest.
2) she has 2 email her aol and a gmail, the gmail as of today received an agenda
3) On her aol If she marked any email as junk or spam we are notified and the email address is removed from FTH.
