Timezone issue - page not loading

Hi,
Our website is not loading, and prior to that I was not able to get the admin console to launch. Errors are showing as:
Software error:
The timezone 'Canada/East-Saskatchewan' could not be loaded, or is an invalid name.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of t

I see on the forums this happened with other clubs and it looks like we need the timezone set or reset please; if that is the problem.

Try using the timezone in the form of "America/city-name", using the city closest to your location that's in the right timezone.

The country/region version is an older form and doesn't always work. (Something to do with how the underlying operating system is set up).
