Hi

We have created an email account summerlandtm@gmail as our club email archive address. Server login emails from FreeToastHost are being copied there while emails sent to FreeToastHost addresses ie members@, officers@ etc are not. Instead a message is received "summerlandtm@gmail.com was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message for more information."

In an attempt to prevent this situation we have added server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to contacts of the gmail account.

Please advise how all our clubs emails that pass through the FreeToastHost can be achieved.

I can see gmail is rejecting email from FTH
"WARNING (Too Many Bounces / TO Address summerlandtm@gmail.com"

The Bounce Count for Email Address [summerlandtm@gmail.com] has been reset to zero.

Have you posted your club contact email address in the wild?
Do you get a log of spam from your contact email address?
I recommend you activate Use the "Crowd-Sourced" Email Black List in email security.
