Our VP of Education gets continually moved to past member. What causes this? What can we do to prevent it from happening again

Does your VPE forward any emails that they receive through FTH distribution lists or officer emails?
(It is relevant.) e.g. forwarding agenda emails to meeting guests.

Your club has Not A Member? Links enabled for emails through FTH. If those emails are forwarded to another person and that person clicks the link, you would get the result you are seeing.

Either disable the feature in Email and Contact Forms, delete the link from emails prior to forwarding, or don't forward emails containing the links.

The links are coded to work specifically for the original recipient.
