New member having difficulty activating account

I am the Treasurer for club 4449 - Polk Street Speakers. We have a new member, Sebastian Johnson who was recently set up on our club's website. When he clicks through the welcome email to activate his account, he gets a message that his email (sebastianj1246@gmail.com) is not being recognized.

Can you please look into this and let me know what I may be doing wrong? Thank you very much for your help!

When I checked your membership management, I got the following message pop-up:

The following 1 people NEVER ACCEPTED their addition (never "opted-in") within 30 days and have been DELETED: Sebastian Johnson (Member)

It appears that he waited too long to click the link. He will have to be re-added in membership management, and the system will then send him a new opt-in email with a fresh link to click. (Hope he is more prompt this time. ;) )

Thank you Steve. He did attempt to log in twice prior to the 30-day deadline, but his email wasn’t recognized. I will set him up again and have him click through the welcome email quickly and let you know if we’re still having issues.
