I am not getting emails sent to all club members when emails are sent to members of my two TM clubs. The email addresses my clubs use are " members-1888268@toastmastersclubs.org" and "members@bocaratontoastmasters.org." When I log in to club 1888268 as an administrator, I get the following message:
Emails sent to the primary email address [ gsharp@mindbase.com ] for Member Gary Sharp, DTM in Club 1888268 have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.
This automatically generated message is to notify you that this email address ***has been removed*** from the FreeToastHost database to prevent it from causing further bounces. If you are able to resolve the issue with the email address, you will need to re-enter it in the system.
My email provider asked to send him an email that was rejected to make sure that email address is white listed. Please send me the email address FreeToastHost uses as the sender, and I will forward it to my email provider.
I have verified that my email address at my two clubs and with TM International is gsharp@mindbase.com.
