How to delete photo from agenda

Somehow, some way, a photo (screen shot) got added to our meeting agendas. I have tried to delete the photo and "Here is a screen shot...." Can you please tell me how to delete these items so that they no longer appear on the meeting agenda. Club 3247, excelsior@toastmastersclubs.org

It is in your meeting description. Click the pencil icon to edit the agenda, select the Meeting Description tab, and edit (remove) it there.

Steve, I am having to go into each agenda and remove it. I also deleted the photo from the serve. I'm no tekkie but I wonder if this is an html thing. VPE and I cannot figure out how the photo got there. Is there a way for you to go into our site and take care of this issue for us? Thank you, Linda Rinehart, #3247

Once a dated agenda is created it no longer refers to the agenda template. Yes you will have to update every future agenda the currently exists.
