Path/Project/Introduction unable to be seen by Member, yet seen by Admin

Hello,
Attached is a 3 page PDF AGENDA CHALLENGES 3 pages 6-2-21.pdf displaying how the admin can see the project/path/introduction, but the member cannot see it nor can the member insert proper information.

After further testing, the TM can see the same as the admin, but again, the member cannot see it nor can the member insert proper information. I included the speaker settings on the third page for you.

1799 is the club number.

1) there are no attachments.
2) there is no June 2 agenda

I logged in as Cheri and can see her speech title and intro boxes for her to complete and save.

The club number is 1799. The 3-page PDF was shared on the initial request for help.
The problem is the admin and toastmaster of the meeting can select the speaker's Path/Project and include the introduction. The speaker cannot.
I am coaching 1799 and I manage three other FTH websites and am unable to understand why the speaker cannot select their Path/Project and include his/her introduction.

As I stated, I logged in as the member Cheri, and I can select the path & project , and enter the title and Intro and save.
I selected Dynamic Leadership Ice breaker and title of "This is a test" and intro of "This is a test.
You can change it as required.

You will have to provide more information, What operating system, what browser and version is Cheri using?
