Cant log into my second club's FTH account

My issue is that I am in 3 clubs, 2 of which are on FTH. I usually log in to 3375 no problems. I logged into my other club, 1100 and was able to, but now it won't allow me to log in to 3375. Says password is wrong. I can still use my usual username and password to log into FTH 1100. User name: Marianne Ferrara, DTM. BTW, I cleared browser history and I allow cookies from the site, logged out and logged back in, shut down and restarted.

I've confirmed that your user name is the same for both clubs.
The records show that you have logged into 3375 in the last 4 hours and into 1100 in the last 5 hours. I'm not sure if your issue has been resolved. If not, try resetting your password for the club you can't access (leave the password box blank).

You are not using the same email address in both clubs.
Are you trying to log in with your name or email address?

Yes, my user name is Marianne Ferrara, DTM. Is my user name not supposed to be the same for both clubs? It is what I usually use to log in.
I have not been able to log into 3375 Mercer's Best Toastmasters as a member. I've only been able to log in as an admin so I'm not sure if that is what you see when you say I've logged in 4 times to 3375?

Thank you for the prompt response. I usually log in using my User Name, Marianne Ferrara, DTM. It's what comes up in the dropdown. I'm not understanding your comment. Does my email have to be the same for both clubs? I do have 2 that I use, but I could make them the same if I have to.

1) Are you still having the log in issue?
2) using different emails is OK.
3) If you are still having an issue, clear cookies for your 2 clubs.
4) reset the password for the club that is giving you the password error.
