An active member's contact email was found on the FTH blacklist and the member is no longer receiving emails. (1) How did the email get on the blacklist? (2) Does someone have to manually input a member's contact on the blacklist? (3) Can an administrator physically remove the member's contact from the blacklist? (4) Can you locate the person, day, and time stamp if someone put the member's contact on the blacklist to investigate its origins?

We cannot assist you without your club number.
When reporting an issue with a member we need at least a first name.
