Message Not Delivered

Hi

We use an email account summerlandtm@gmail as our club email archive address. Server login emails from FreeToastHost are being copied there while emails sent to FreeToastHost addresses ie members@, officers@ etc are not. Instead a message is received "summerlandtm@gmail.com was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message for more information."

In an attempt to prevent this situation from occurring we have;
Added server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to our contacts in Gmail
Added filters in Gmail to bypass Spam for anything from @toastmastersclubs.org (not that anything has ever been found there)
Whitelisted summerlandtm@gmail in FreeToastHost
Set SpamAssassin Threshold Score to 4
Checked the box next to "Use the "Crowd-Sourced" Email Black List"

Please reset our bounced count for this address and advise if there is anything else we can do to prevent FreeToastHost from not forwarding our email to Gmail for archiving.

Your club must get a lot of spam are you using the spam tools in email security?
The Bounce Count for Email Address [summerlandtm@gmail.com] has been reset to zero.
